Commercial Herd Update – March 2026 Kids
Our commercial herd has finished kidding, and after evaluation, only the top performers will be available. This is an affordable way to add fresh performance proven genetics to your herd.
These kids are a productive cross of dairy, myotonic, savanna, and boer genetics. We like this combination because the dairy influence contributes strong mothering ability and good udders, while the meat breeds add muscling and growth beyond what dairy alone provides. The myotonic influence brings an excellent meat-to-bone ratio and natural parasite resilience.
This mix produces hardy, efficient goats that perform well on pasture and browse. They make a great multipurpose homestead goat, brush control goat, or an affordable way to start a herd.
Photos and availability will be updated as the kidding season continues.
We will evaluate each kid using performance data including ADG, FAMACHA, and weaning weight index. Only the top performers will be available for sale. The rest will be for the meat market or our own table.
"Breed the best, eat the rest!"
